For participants’ reference we provide below a list of recommended hotels near the conference location. These hotels have rooms reserved for the conference until March 31st, 2013. Rooms will be booked on “first come first serve” bases. From March 31st, please contact with the Technical Secretariat for availability.
All rates are in Euro (€) per room per day. Reservation includes breakfast services. VAT included (10%).

The technical secretariat provides a reservation service for the conference hotels at competitive prices. You can book a room sending this accommodation form (pdf, doc) to this email.
Once the technical secretariat recieves your reservation form, it will contact you to inform you that the room is booked. Payments will be done directly at the hotel.
In case you want to book by yourself, the technical secretariat will provide you a discount code for the reservation. Please, contact the technical secretariat.
