How to get ready for your session
Before the session starts, please, contact the session chair and check that your slides work. AIME staff will be there to help you.
Room equipment:
Rooms are be equipped with one desktop with Windows 7, MS Office, Acrobat PDF reader, USB flash drive and VGA video input.
If you plan to use your own laptop, please, check if its video output matches the input room (VGA) or if you need an adapter.
If you have any particular need, do not hesitate to contact us aime2013@um.es.
Presentations:
Long presentations (25 min):
- 20 minutes for presentation.
- 5 minutes for discussion.
Short presentations (5 min):
- 5 minutes for presentation (discussions during the poster session).
- Maximum poster size: 841mm wide by 1200mm tall.
